Yip it is. The Electoral Commission has ruled Rodders jacket is an advertisement. How absurd. But it is an absurd piece of legislation. We hope the publicity gets Rodney a few more votes.

So where is the endorsement supposed to go? Does Rodders get away with it by flashing the tailor's label with his address?
Each one of the buttons on his cuffs has writing on them. If he waves his arms at a specific speed they will flash the authorisation message to you. Surely even the numpties that voted for this law would approve such initiative?
Roarprawn is a blog by people of the Global village who hate bad shit
This blog is about politics and stuff and just so it doesn't get too boring, it's also about other news that takes our fancy or irks us and food and wine . Roarprawn was started by Bustedblonde. A feisty gal who knew her shit and was scared of bugger all apart from wasps, and shipwrecks. And if you want to join us or comment or give us a tip, then email the Brunette on brunettenz@gmail.com

He looked very dapper in his Yellow jacket this am at the corner of Great South Road and Market Road.
The EC has not said it was in breach - it received a complaint and thus invited Rodney to comment before making a decision.
