Whale is in fine form tonight. He is now the blogger of choice as a commentator on the topical and fascinating debate around name suppression.
Tonight he excels himself. TVNZ ran rampant over the fact that the alleged murderer has his name supression in the Vanessa Pickering case but his name has been bandied around Facebook.
He has done some work. Like real work. And boy he has uncovered some interesting places where the name has surfaced.
