CODDINGTON CARVES UP ROY
After an afternoon spent planting roses and lavender, we were wondering what we would write about - and then we had a squizz at some of our favourite blogs and columns and realised that our work had been done for us.
Firstly the best bitch slap we have seen for a while. All the better because it was so deserved.
ACT's saccharine sweet Heather Roy gets a smack from columnist Deb Coddington.
It will have hurt - as it should.. Heather has aspirations a way above her station.
Its time the prissy missy got real and realised that she is only a Minister because of Rodney and she hasn't even been a shining star in a portfolio that is a PR wet dream.
Act is Rodney - love him or loathe him. He is the brand.
And if Heather and the rest don't get it then they should walk. They are of course politicians of principle aren't they?

They all owe the current employment to Hide and his efforts in Epsom. If they don't like that, they should be looking for the exit.
I'd wager there's a little case of introspection going on there too. Codds' parliamentary career was hardly stellar in itself.
She started with a hiss and a roar, but by the earlier half of '04 when Mallard and other Labour henchmen were getting into her over some professional dealings of her partner Alister Taylor, she turned to jelly, pulled back into her shell and was hardly seen again.
You might want to check out this post over on kiwiblog. It seems Coddington might have gone off half-cocked. Most clinical cyber-sodomy I’ve seen online for a while!
