There is talk of Clark dropping the neutron bomb by both Hooton and Queen Bee. We dont think that the urban legend that alleges Bill and Mary English were involved in leaking the Brash emails is the neutron bomb. Its a dumb fiction and it would be very dumb of the PM to raise it.
